The Maclsaac Family

I had so much fun chasing the Maclsaac family around Sterling State park last week. We were a little concerned that the weather wouldn’t hold out, but the overcast skies and peekaboo sun, made for some great lighting conditions. They have a beautiful and fun family.

I definitely think they thought I was crazy in the beginning, but they followed through with all of my requests. Love this one:

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog which documents my most recent work as a photographer. Creating beautiful (if I do say so myself :) pictures that families will cherish for years to come makes me so happy! I never used to consider myself "detail oriented" but as a photographer, I look at every smile, gesture, and image a little differently. I try to capture the definition, personality, and place in time that is in front of me.

The best part of being a photographer is getting a small glimpse into the happiness of other people's lives, and being able to document a growing baby, wedding, or just everyday smiles is a job I will never take for granted.
