Mia is 2! (and has a little brother on the way!)

Miss Mia was melting my heart during my time with her a couple of weeks ago. When I pulled up, she was waiting at the front door all excited, and she said “Angie’s here!” That rarely happens, and usually it takes awhile for kids to warm up, but not this social butterfly. It was the day of her birthday party, and she was ready to have fun!

This lasted .2 seconds, lol, but I’m so glad we got it! Pretty girl I stayed for just the beginning of the party to see the gender reveal of Nick + Kellie’s 2nd baby. How cool is this?!! LOVE…

The Flood family visits Toledo :)

I get to photograph the Flood family every couple of months. Cordelia is about 8 months old here, and she is just soo cute! Lots of smiles, clapping, and when she’s really happy her little tongue pops out. Her big brother Henry was awesome too! I’ve been photographing him since he was an itty bitty, and he was the most smiley I’ve ever seen him. Maybe it was the promise of going to the zoo, or just being outside and getting to be a kid, but I think we have become friends and that definitely helps

Ben ~ Newborn

Meet Ben. He was a little doll for his newborn session. His momma, Angela, and I worked together to get lots of cute little poses while he was sound asleep. And he flashed his bright baby blues too!

It was great to see the Nelson/Perry clan again for Carter’s 2nd birthday. After having to reschedule a few times due to weather, we finally got a beautiful evening at the botanical gardens.

Emma ~newest addition to the Marsh Family!

Emma was 4 weeks old when I met her. I was excited to finally meet her, because I knew there were a lot of her loved ones on pins and needles waiting for a safe and healthy delivery. She had a rough couple of weeks when she first arrived, but she is doing great now. It was fun to see Ian acting as a big brother, and Dustin and Jen completing their family with their little girl.

Lucas ~ The newest member of the Spencer family

Little Lucas was an angel for his 1st photoshoot. He has some fun hair, cute little facial features, and glowing parent’s. We had fun posing him, and with just a little encouragement, he did everything we asked

Kolton is 1!

Oh man what a year it has been for Kolton and his family! I first met this adorable little man when he was 3 months old. He had just gotten out of the hospital after coming several weeks early. He was perfect then, and it’s awesome to see him continuing to do so great, and turning one. The one thing that sticks out in my mind about Kolton is his many faces. He pursed his lips, cracked a smile, flashed a serious look, and could switch between a laugh and cry in a second. You may have a little actor on your hands!

I really love this one of K…Miss Hailey is Kolton’s beautiful big sister. She’s such a helper, and mature beyond her years. ♥♥♥

Eric + Jessica ~ expecting Ava

Remember last Saturday? When it was like 30· and rainy? I called Jessica to ask if she would rather wait for better weather, but she was up for trying to make it happen, and I’m so happy she was! It might have been a little cold and wet, but I loved how the shots came out. And I especially love when someone is as committed as me to make things happen!

I just adored meeting Jess, Eric, + their doggy Duke:
Cute, cute, cute ♥I kept teasing Eric that I couldn’t get him to smile, but I knew all we had to do is have him look at Jess, and you could see the LOVE Duke, can you please be my Layla’s boyfriend? Isn’t he a handsome boy?Ha, I did get a little smile!

When I met Ty, it was obvious he was a handsome little athlete. He’s a strong little fella, and wide awake! He was 4 weeks old, and already working on rolling over and holding his head up like a pro.His parent’s are smitten with him, and I can see why.

Hope~ Quincy Senior

My mom, grandma, and I traveled to Illinois for a surprise 50th birthday party for Hope’s dad, Byron. It was so fun to be there, and to get a short visit in with some of our family. While we were there we planned to capture some pictures of Hope for her senior year. Hope is my 3rd cousin, or 1st cousin twice removed, how ever you say that? It doesn’t really matter, we’re family. She’s graduating in a few short weeks, and just attended her senior prom (you looked gorgeous girl). One of the many reasons I love facebook, is being able to keep up with my family that I don’t get to see all the time. The things that stick out in my mind about Hope are her kindness and smile. I don’t think she has a mean bone in her body, and she is just a sweetheart.

We started on her grandparent’s farm. It’s funny how just being in a new location can be so inspiring.

Kimberlin Hope:

Sparkly eyes! Gorgeous Another favorite for me…Can you tell who was behind me? Yep, my mother, who is pretty dang good at getting a sincere laugh out of anyone. This might be my favorite.
