Karlee is 1!

A few weeks ago I met up with Karlee, and her parent’s, Valynn and Matt, for our first photo session. Karlee just turned one, she’s very stylin’, and on the go, go, go! We were nervous that she wasn’t all smiles, but when I got home I was pleasantly surprised with all of the smiles I caught

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog which documents my most recent work as a photographer. Creating beautiful (if I do say so myself :) pictures that families will cherish for years to come makes me so happy! I never used to consider myself "detail oriented" but as a photographer, I look at every smile, gesture, and image a little differently. I try to capture the definition, personality, and place in time that is in front of me.

The best part of being a photographer is getting a small glimpse into the happiness of other people's lives, and being able to document a growing baby, wedding, or just everyday smiles is a job I will never take for granted.
